Seventy one days and counting.  Many things are happening in the preparation for leaving.  We have been cleaning out closets and drawers, sorting through all of the family photos that have been collecting in the hallway drawer, scanning slides into digital format of our early marriage and school days.  It is quite a process but has been rewarding to refresh all of those memories.  We have been cleaning and painting and preparing our home for Eric and family to live in while we are gone.

Dennis is on the recovery road to clear his lungs of this years cold season that left with such intense congestion. He back to exercising and watching his diet.

The business is progressing in make the transition plans for Eric to take over the full daily operations.  The work load appears to be building and it appears their will be work to keep the crews busy.  We are putting our full trust in the Lord to bless and support Eric in this endevor.

Melody is anxiously waiting for the phone call that the new Bell child has arrived, which should occur with in the next week of so.  Eden is about six weeks before the new son's arrival.  And news flash Holly and Shawn are expecting there first this fall.

While the hour glass has seemed to move very slowly, it does appear to be picking up speed.  We are now beginning to wonder about the things we will be doing while in Ghana.  Trying find out about the food and the customs and all the things we probably don't need to worry about.  We are gathering the items we will need to take with us and checking to see if the will fit in two suitcases each.

Watch as Melody participated in a fashion show at Christopher Banks and received an additional discount.  This is one of her new mission outfits.
