This last week we had a very intense week getting all necessary Doctor releases, and then getting the Salt Lake Doctors to let me go to Ghana because of the medications that I am required to take.  But all is well, we are scheduled to enter the Mission Training Center, Provo Utah on Sept 2, 2013.  We fly to Ghana on Sept 9, 2013 arriving Sept 10, 2013.

We are so excited and overwhelmed to finally be finishing the packing and preparing our house for Eric and family to live in while we are gone, and the business for Eric, Rachel, and Marilee to run in our absence, baby blankets for Holly's new son that will be arriving on Skype in November.  Cub Scout pack meeting the night before we leave for Utah and the million things that I have already forgotten.

We are going to stay with Kristy, Travis and family in Milford, Ut for a couple of days before the 2nd.  They have recently moved into a nice new home and we are excited to visit.  Steve and Julianne and there kids will be there part of the time as well.

We made a quick trip to Tuscon, Az to see Jennifer and Clint and there four beautiful daughters.  Was really fun to see how much Callie has grown.

I was sad to miss seeing Holy in her motherly state and the fishing trip with Holly, Shawn and Mitch (Shawn's Dad) this last weekend.  We will plan another (fishing trip) in the fall of 2015.
